Who will the NEXT DOCTOR be??? Doctor Who fans the TIME IS ALMOST UPON US! The answer will be revealed tomorrow on BBC AMERICA!
So who will he/she be? Yes, I said she because the idea has been thrown out there. I do have to say, however, that it will likely not go over so well with the audience if the Doctor were to be female. It's not to say there cannot be a female TIMELORD; however, THIS Doctor just cannot be female. Especially the character has been written...

Matt Smith, out 11th Doctor will be leaving us. He will regenerate in the Christmas Special and that is when we will actually see our new Doctor.
So, rumors have been going around that the 12th Doctor might be American. Well, Misha Collins (Castiel from SUPERNATURAL) decided to tweet the following:
I do NOT appreciate being toyed with! Now, if this IS true, I would be very happy. I love Misha Collins and I think that he could definitely add something new and interesting to the character. And I don't think it would be a bad thing to have an American Doctor. Try it out and see how it goes.
Having said all that, I think he is teasing and that doesn't make me a very happy camper. Whatever... People do this all the time. If it's true, cool... If not, I'm still excited about what's in store for the series.
